Need help with channel setup

Hi, I have downloaded the trial for the client and server (WHS) version and when i scan for channels on the client (windows 7) sagetv can't find any. The card is a Compro Videomate S350, it works fine in windows 7MC and DVB dream. Below are settings i am using with no success any help would be appreciated

Your best bet is to send support an email, I know its a pain but they are generally really helpfull.....send as much info as you can with logs. Sorry I can't be of anymore help.

I don't see the Compro Videomate S350 on the supported list.

Thanks for the replies.

Sent a email to support, checked on the supported list the Compro Videomate S350 isnt there but i have done a serch on the uk forum and a member has it working http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/show...Videomate+S350 this is from 2008 so a older version of sagetv was used. I am going to wait for support, up to 3 days and see if there is a solution.

Still working fine for me (well apart from a little digital breakup now and then but that may be my dish/lnb)

Edit: never entered any DiSEqC settings that I can remember, just used defaults from Sage and it found hundreds? of channels on a scan
