Question re parental restrictions

I would like to know if there is any way to modify the ratings that sage recognises?
Parental controls works really well, and Stephanes importer allows me to automatically convert TV ratings to suit. However, currently I have to modify metadata to use the US rating format (MPAA) for DVDs and imported video. As a UK resident this makes for a long winded process, not impossible, but an extra step required to prevent my 8 year old accessing video that is not suitable for her.
