Problems tunning to one OTA channel [RESOLVED]
When I try to tune in to a OTA channel, I get a no signal. This is a local channel, and I can get some other that are farther with no issues. If I connect my external antena directly to all the tvs on my home, I can see the channel that doesnt tune fine without issues, it even marks the signal strenght to Excelent on most TVs (I can even get that channel with a rabbit indoor antena, and the rest I grab from Yuma, AZ wouldnt do with rabbit, but with the external I can get them).
Ive tried removing the tuner, re-adding it, rescan all the channels, all channels get listed correctly, but it wont tune to that single channel. Ive tested with 2 different brands, the ATI 600 USB OTA HD, and a Hauppauge 850 USB. I too reinstalled latest drivers from manufactures, but the problem still exists. A friend from my city who uses SageTV is experencing the same problem with both of his tunners. This channel has worked for both of us without probs. Here are some logs Scanning .frq file Code:

Just as an update it turned to be a problem with the broadcasting provider. Thanks to Qian for proving support on debugging this thumbs up for him
