Swapping Media Extenders
I am patiently awaiting my HD300 and I just wanted to know if there will be any conflicts if I take my HD200 in the family room and move it to the bedroom and install the HD300 in the family room where the HD200 used to be. Besides setting the video settings for the different TV, is there anything else that will need adjusting since it is going to be on a different port of my switch running through the house?

The port and physical location of the extender does not matter at all. The properties and preferences will follow the extender regardless of where you put it. (The properties use the extender's MAC address as the key.)
When the HD300 arrives you will have to reconfigure all of the various settings and preferences on it. Tom
