Selecting scenes issue RC2 - Movie Sahara

Just installed RC2 yesterday evening. Went to finish watching a movie, Sahara, selected the scene we were on, the movie video starts at the beginning instead of the scene selected.

Movie ripped to WHS with structure, chapters intact, etc.
Verified I can select the chapter in Windows 7 Media Center running MyMovies against the same movie
Problem on HD-300 and HD-200 both

Doesn't do it with another movie I tested. Haven't tested many movies yet.

Anyone else seeing this?
