HD300 with encoded AC3 going through HDMI
Hi,
I just got my HD300 and it seems to be working well. I do have a question however about audio playback. I've been ripping DVD's and Blu-Rays and found that the typical audio tracks on the source disks are AC3 (DVD) and DTS-HD (Blu-Ray). On my HD300 I've setup audio to be HDMI 1.3 since my TV supports this and that's how I'm plugged in. However when I try and playback DVD's encoded with AC3, I get no audio. I tried changing my Audio output on the HD300 to analog (which is also plugged into the TV) with no success. The Blu-Ray's however playback fine. Thanks
