building cheap dedicated system (possibly ECS K7VTA3), need advice
Howdy,
I'm building a new dedicated system on the cheap ( possibly possibly K7VTA3 based) ...I've had too many lockups and failures when coming back from suspend. My MOBO requirements are: - Cheap - Rock solid suspend/resume - Hopefully a MOBO that will handle the Actisys/suspend/resume problem ( although this may be a Sage problem ) - Able to use my Nvidia GeForce 3 card ( i.e voltage reqs ) - Support Two Hauppauge cards 250&350 - At least 3 PCI slots Anybody using a K7VTA3 w/ suspend/resume? I've read about Hauppauge/Via issues...Should I try to go the NVidia Nforce route? Thanks! |

Why get a 250 AND 350..? Just get two 250 MCEs and get a nice USBUIRT instead of that crap Actisys

Any I agree USBUIRT instead of that old Actisys which dont' alway work with newer Box's. |
