Foreign box covers showing up

In the last month or so I have seen a sudden increase in foreign box covers being downloaded instead of English. Is there any reason this is happening? It was not a problem until recently. My box covers are now about 20% foreign language ones.

Thanks

I think this thread needs to be moved into the BMT section but I've seen this too, its more like 5% for me though and I fix it by using an imdb source instead of the tmdb source

My bad. your right. I must have had too many windows open as that was my intention.

I will try and switch the primary source to IMDB and see if that helps.

Thanks

I checked the bmt code... in bmt I only download coverart where the language is "en" or empty, as it seems that many entries don't actually have a language specified. I can only assume that perhaps some of the empty language fanart is actually foreign.

Ok... i'll take a look at some of those and see if I can see anything. I should be doing some work on bmt tonight, so I'll see how it goes.

I took a look at the code and unfortunately, there is nothing that I can do I'm already telling tmdb that I want english data and the coverart that cames back is in the english xml. There is nothing on each image that identifies it as being for a specific language, so I can't really do anything from bmt's side of things. Your only option, unfortunately, is to delete the coverart files manually as they show up.
