Problems with Sage Web Server

I haven't used it in some time, but recently when I tried, I get this:

HTTP ERROR: 404

Problem accessing /sage/Home. Reason:

NOT_FOUND
Powered by Jetty://

I installed the web server via the plug-in system in Sage v7.

How do I troubleshoot this?

The first thing you need to do is make sure to change the default settings to something more personal. I think this needs to be done before you can use it, at least it works when I change the default settings.

I changed the port as well as the user name and password from the defaults and then click restart the web server.

If doing the above does not fix the problem then try rebooting sage tv and see if you can log in then.

Same error here ... Don't really know what happened, was working fine but all of a sudden this error occurs. I did mess with the XmlTv epg plugin in the meantime, that may have got something to do with it but I don't know how or why.

Nobody willing to shed some light on this issue?

I've uninstalled SageTV completely and started from scratch. Installed the Jetty server using the plugin manager, then installed the web interface.

No matter what URL I try, I always get a 404 error from Jetty.

Don't even know where to start the troubleshooting ....

If you're still having 404 issues I'll need to see your log file. Please do the following to submit your log.
  1. Enable SageTV's debug logging to ensure a log file is being created
  2. Increase Jetty's logging level to verbose.
    1. Go to the plugin manager (Setup -> SageTV Plugins -> Installed Plugins)
    2. Select the Jetty Web Server plugin
    3. In the dialog that appears, select Configure Plugin
    4. Find the Log Level property and change it to VERBOSE
    5. Select the Restart Web Server option to restart Jetty
  3. Restart SageTV to clear the log
  4. Reproduce the issue
  5. Stop SageTV
  6. This will generate a SageTV log file (sagetv_0.txt).
  7. Zip the SageTV log and Jetty request log and post them in this thread

Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to help.

Here is the sagetv_0.txt logfile, but I cannot get Jetty to create a log. It's odd ... The file is being created, but it's always 0 bytes in size, even after I stop SageTV.
