Possible to get a "tagged" version of user manual?

Hi all,

I would like to download and read the user manual on my HP iPaq running WM6.1 and using Adobe Reader for PPC v2.0. When I try to transfer the user manual to my iPaq, it tells me that the manual is not tagged (Which means that it contains reflow data, useful for reading on different sized screens). Would it be possible to get a version of the user manual that is already tagged for reflow?
