FanArt just not working....

I can't get fanart to work. I am running the latest version now and I look for certain movies which are missing and I do a manual search and find the movie. the system still doesn't seem to find or download the images. Any ideas?

Are you saving the profile after the manual update?

Also, you won't always see the new fanart become immediately available. After an update and saving, do a crtl-f5 refresh and go back into the movie. Then your posters/backgrounds should be available.

When I search it doesn't populate the fan art? I am saving. I will test again. Also I did an full refresh and new movies aren't getting the art.

Which provider are you using? And does other metadata get saved?

For the life of me I can't find where to re-generate the fan art?! Can someone tell me where that is now? I am looking all over and it is crazy but I can't find it again!
