Reload the Wiz.bin

In short - Does anyone here know how to reload the Wiz.bin file?

More Info – I have always had troubles with SageTV recording shows I've already watched but lately it's getting pretty bad. I don't know how many items it's recorded the Ginsu Stake Knife Imformutal and I didn't want to see I t in the first place. Yes, I have checked about 7 of them, they have the exact same show id. I think whats going on is any shows after a few months ago that I've watched are no longer affecting the watched show ID. In fact the Stake knife one I marked as watched then it kept recording them and grouping them with the watched one.

So, I think the Wiz.bin file is where the watched shows are and I think that it's gotten itself confused. But I really really don't want to lose my watched history.

Thanks.
