You can create you own views that have that option enabled if you want to. Look for the threads in here regarding that - there are lots of examples.

Thanks for the pointer - I will certainly take a look into that...
I would strongly encourage you to make this the default (as that is probably the most common expectation - as indicate when you point out there are 'lots of examples'. At a minimum please add it as a configurable option... I dont think users should have to create views for the most common configuration, agreed?
