SageMyMovies API Installation failed

I had to rebuilt by SageTV Server and I'm not able to install the SageMyMovies API. Are there any logs that can point me towards why it is failing.

I have searched the various logs I can find but nothing look obvious.

This may be the obvious, but did you restart the SageTV server after you installed the plugin?

I have to do this whenever I reinstall the plugin. Once you restart the server you should be able to go back into installed plugins & then should be able to enable the plugin.

Hope this helps.

I have the same issue but only on PC clients. The server works just fine but none of my PC clients work. they used to but not anymore. I even rebuilt the server, updated the my movies collection manager to 4.01 and still nothing on any of the PC clients. I can open the collection manager on the PC clients and connect to the my movies server and browse all the titles just fine. Here's the logs from the server and 2 clients. I'm going to build up a new client from scratch and see what happens with that.

here are my logs.

I had the same issue when I reinstalled windows on my client. One of my other plugins was causing the problem. Reinstall a fresh copy of sage (don't copy your .properties file). After sage is installed install the smm api before anything else. That procedure did the trick for me.

Well I did just that and now everything is working. I blew out everything sage related on the client and reinstalled. The first plugin I tried was SMM-api and after a sage reboot it came up good. I did this on both PC clients and both work now. Thanks
