Folder with 0 items

I deleted the last show in a folder once it was stopped (only have Phoenix builtin views and browsers) and the result is now I have a folder in TV shows with 0 items.

How do I remove the folder? Why is the folder left there?

I returned back to the home screen and then back t the TV shows and the folder is now gone.

Looks like a bug - the folder is only removed when the view is refreshed.
The folder should disappear when there are no more items.
