Themes?

I've been using the stock SageTV UI for about a year and a half, but lately I've been looking at Diamond. It looks really awesome, and although it's a little sluggish on my HD200, I think I just need to increase the size of my heap.

But where are the themes? The wiki lists about 10 themes, but when I installed Diamond, I only see 4 choices... and I only see the MKANET one in the plugins list. Is there a list or a thread with additional themes somewhere? Is it difficult to make my own themes?

The Diamond Themes should all be there installed by default as they are all included in the main install package.

They are all prefixed with "Diamond" and their folders should all be located in the "C:\Program Files\SageTV\SageTV\STVs\SageTV7\Themes\" folder.
