printing channel maps?

Is there a way to print-out the channel maps from my two, installed tuners? It would be easier to glance at paper then to have to scroll thru endless pages on-screen when making notes of susbscribed/unsubsribed channels.

thanks

There is a plugin that exports the channels. Forgot the name, and at work.
