sagex-api Plugin MISSING: sagex-api-FAILED http://ubuntone.com/5NNCHGlywxvXBgRw8B3nMr

Hi Guys,

I am rebuilding my server and when trying to install Gemstone, Commercial detector etc I am getting an error on the ubuntone.com site.

When I tried it with wget this is what it returns. Internet is working fine, plugins which dont need sagex work fine.

Any thoughts ?

Ubuntu One cloud file service was shutdown June 1. Any files hosted on the Ubuntu cloud are no longer available for public download. You'll need to nudge stuckless to move the files and update his manifest(s) for any plugins he's hosting on that service.

Thanks, It seems to be a dependency for many plugins. Do you know if there is a way to move it from one PC to another and install manually ?

Thanks again

I'm having the exact same issue. I sent a private message to Stuckless, so hopefully we'll be able to update again soon!

Rebuilt my server today, spent all day getting everything else back up and running, only to discover all my favorite plugins can't be installed!!

Stuckless.... depending on you!

So I still have all of the files from my old server drive from all of the plugins... I don't suppose I could just copy/paste them all into the same folders where they should go, could I? I have to actually "install" things, right? Because otherwise Sage won't know I have the files in place to even make the plugins active?

Copy the entries for the plugins from your properties file from your old system. If you are careful and get everything it will transfer over. I've done it a few times myself. Of course it might not work with all plugins and I haven't done it with sagex myself.

The files can be downloaded manually from GitHub...
https://github.com/stuckless/sagetv-sagex-api/releases

But, that won't make sagetv "know" that it's installed... The Ubunutu One was a temporary hosting site as downloading directly from github appears to cause issues... as well as drop box... Ultimately I moved phoenix to binfiles...but I forgot about this one

I'll try fix this today.

I've moved the files to BinTray (where phoenix is also hosted)... the new version is 7.1.9.26 and SageTV has been updated with the new plugin manifests.... so it should show up sometime soon in your sagetv plugin repository.
