Matchstick - another potential extender replacement
This looks very much like a Chromecast except that it runs Firefox OS and is supposed to be totally open. Would that mean that it could, theoretically, run the SageTV miniclient? It has a dual core Rockchip 3066 processor, 4GB of flash and 1GB of RAM.
The target price is $25. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects...-on-firefox-os

Looks like an interesting device. Looks to have advantages over Chromecast.
