SageTV 7 License Key

I am trying to find the correct License key to add to my new linux server

All all find is an email containing:

SageTV License Key:
Gilles Labelle
000017-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX


this email was received when I bought my HD300.

I tried this key several time and I cannot see that is working!

And I cannot get EPG. I get an Internet connection error when setting up source (OTA). If I delete the activkey file I don't have this error but I have a blank page after entered my postal code


Any help ??

Provide Sage extended support with your registered name and full license key here:

They will verify/authenticate your license key for use.
