Question Mini-Client vs Full Client vs HD300

Just wondering what is the difference in functionality between the three clients?

Thanks,
John

This isn't a comprehensive list... but I did start a list comparing the 3... and I'm willing to add more sections based on feedback.

Good list. Might be nice to expand it to include Placeshifter and move it to the sagetv github wiki.

Thumbs up

One difference I noted was that the Mini-Client does not do a WOL at startup. That would be a nice to have if it isn't difficult to implement. Just started using this so I don't have much feedback yet other than wow, what a great thing! Thanks Stuckless!

Here is some more food for thought for anyone considering using the mini-client. The box comes with the Netflix app installed, I sideloaded an app for Amazon Video and SiriusXM, and installed an app for my security cameras. Plus I'm looking at apps for playing music from my collection. Seems that there are some definite advantages of using the mini-client!
