Preclear Disks Plugin

I'm trying to use the Preclear Disks Plugin to preclear a second 8TB drive. It has been stuck in the Post-Read step at 76% for around 12 hours. The first 8TB drive that I did a month or so back completed successfully, without getting hung up along the way. Any suggestions? Should I just stop the pre clear and restart it, or will it just get hung up at the same point again?

You might get better traction posting over in the unRaid forums for this tool.

I'm not an unRaid expert, but I have precleared around 15 disks (going all the way back to when preclear was just a script tool). I can recall two disks that needed a restart on a hung preclear. One of which failed within the first 30 days of operation. The other made it to the decommissioning point of my old unRaid server. I've not had a disk completely fail to preclear.

If you are using the plugin try using the JoeL script instead. The plugin will let you use the script as an option as well you just have to install it in the plugin's directory. I always use the script (well the bjp929 fast version anyway) and have never had a problem with it. Even when using the plugin.
