Schedules Direct vs Guide
I've begun migrating to Schedules direct and decided to move my OTA tuners first. I've associated to my account, picked the lineup, and did a channel scan. However there are a few channels that are enabled and functioning on the tuner but don't appear in the guide. Others appear in the guide but aren't populating with data.
What might be the issue? What can I do to remedy this? Last edited by DynamoBen; 06-10-2017 at 10:08 AM. |

Seems the issues I was seeing had to do with two different guide types. When I moved to Schedules Direct for all video sources everything appeared correctly in the guide.
