OpenDCT and Tuning_Delay

Is there a way to tell SageTV to wait for the channel tuning to be completed before starting the recording using OpenDCT? My recordings show the previous channel that was playing and the channel change. I tried the setting mmc/ in SageTV but it doesn't work. Would the tuning_delay setting in OpenDCT be the way to go? Or this is not possible?

It looks like the tuning delay in OpenDCT is ignored - I've never been able to get it to work anyway.

Exactly, that's what I noticed. It's ignored in Sage and seems to be the same in openDCT.

If you see a tuning delay in OpenDCT for the capture device, it is passed to SageTV when OpenDCT devices are discovered by SageTV. I think for network encoders, SageTV ignores the property.
