X-mediazone Sage 103?

Anyone out there seen this? The part that concerns me is that they are packaging mlbdude's work in their distribution. Is this all kosher?

Yeah, they "borrowed" it and then TOLD me they were using it. Funny part is if they asked I would have said go for it. But since they just took it I am not happy about it.

Check the page listing the SageTV Partners, at least for including SageTV.

That's cute. And, of course, were Studio released, they could have built it themselves. So considerate of them.

Whenever Studio comes out, I'll probably slap something GPL-ish on whatever I create

mlbdude all need to do add line on web page saying not for Commercial Use with out asking me first and your problem fix or like what sleight42 said you maybe able to do General Public License (GPL).
Person they should have ask you first I know I would have been very mad about.
