Is there a streamer available in the UK that can
Looking enhance online content without totally abandoning SageTV, or buying a smart TV or a games console, or getting Sky TV.

I think you're looking at a mini-pc or Android TV last time I looked. Basically Nvidia Shield or Mi Box. Any cheap Android box will do those things, but not well, and for guide in Plex you're currently limited for clients.
