How do track what is available on multiple services?

Over the last year, a lot of shows I watch have moved from Cable to different streaming services. I have also started watching new shows on different services.

I know that Trak.TV lets you track what you have watched, but how do you track new releases of shows across different streaming services? Is there a website that notifies you when new seasons or episodes are available?

P.S. I only subscribe when I see something I am interested in.

Great question. I, too, find this very frustrating.

https://www.ontvtonight.com/guide/ is only semi-useful. I find that subscribing to the NYTimes "Watching" is useful for pointing out shows I might miss - https://www.nytimes.com/watching?te=...it_wg_20190502. Subscribing to all of the individual Networks e-mail lists is useful but mostly just fills up ones email space.

In any event, a good TV aggregator seems like business opportunity for someone.
