Recordings menu
built new server (9.2.1.826) but unable to get recording to display as it did on my old version (9.0.13.536)

Attached is the recording menu screen shot of 9.0.13.536 screen.

What do the broken, horizontal colored bars represent? I’ve never seen those on my install - looks fun.

Lay Odds it is the Comskip sections for Red
Green is unwatched
White = watched

The display indicates "All Recordings". Are you wanting to only see "Current Recordings"?

Although I thought the default action on "TV" was to go directly to "Current Recordings" you can also get to it from the main menu by highlighting "TV" press the the right once to highlight "Recordings" and right once more. This will show a list of views that can be selected by using up or down.

You can use the "Menu Manager" to change the default selections to what you want them to be. I'm using Gemstone with an original "MCE" remote I press "Clear" on the remote from the Main Menu to get a list with the "Menu Manager" in it. (the list is called the "Options Menu")

If it's the Comskip timelines you are referring to, the can be turned off in
Detailed Setup -> Customize -> Comskip Playback Options -> Timebar Options -> Show Timebar in Recording Lists
