clearing imported playlists stored in wiz.bin?

Hi, I've seen in some other thread that music playlists imported from m3u files is stored
in the wiz.bin file. Is there a way I can clear all the imported playlists stored in the wizbin file?
other than deleteing them one by one thru the Music Playlist Manager.
thanks

We all need to wait for SageTV 5.1 to see a fix for this.

Hello again,

Somehow when upgrading from 5 to 6 and a music drive (letter) change, a lot of bad music playlists were generated/left in the video playlists section.
When trying to play the list from the video list, sage figures out were the music files are and plays them.. but if I go into the playlist first, and select an item, sage asks "what would you like to do with this missing segment?" delete/cancel.

This also gives nielms webserver export playlists playlist manager bad playlists

There is only 40 physical playlist files on my music drive (beatles), but
sage "videos by playlist" is telling me I have 312 playlists.
sage "music by playlist" says 40..

Please tell me there is an easier way to clear those bad playlists
without clicking 600 times..

thanks

Sage only re-checks the items in the playlists when you play it, so there is no workaround to deleting them and getting them to be re-imported, or playing them. At least when you play them it is fewer button clicks...

(apparantly, in a future version there will be better links between imported playlists and the files that they were imported from...)

thanks for the response neilm,

what I want is a way to remove all those playlists, not have them updated.

hopefully someday sage could release a stand alone app that can allow a user to edit
wiz.bin in a spreadsheet sort of way..

so I could select all the playlist I want to toast with one selection, and hit delete..

hmm, something for the webserver ?
