Any issues with .NET ?

Since my HTPC is on 24/7 I was pondering installing .NET to run an app that will benefit my ReplayTVS. Just wondering if ther is any issue with installing .NET.

The app I'm going to run should be very easy on CPU.

I'm running .NET apps on my mediaserver with no problem; given the nature of java (and .NET) there shouldn't be any conflict (but you never know)....

Java and .NET may start fighting over who is the biggest resource pig. Other than that, they should play nice together.

I run a few .net apps in the background (LCDSmartie plugins) and all seems fine.

Though I am only running 1.1
