Nvidia Overlay/Overscan not working correctly

I recently re-installed one of my SageTV Client PCs and failed to take note of the Nvidia driver versions Anyway, the problem I'm having involves the Overlay not being overscanned anymore when in SageTV. Let me tell you about my setup...

I was using:
Windows MCE 2005(OS only)
Nvidia xx.xx
Nvidia PureVideo 1.02.223
SageTV 6.0 (Overlay w/Nvidia Decoders for everything)
Nvidia 6200 -> S-Video -> Analog 27" TV
Desktop 800x600

Now I've only changed:
Installed Windows XP Pro (for Domain Capability)
Nvidia 93.71

Here's what I used to see:
1)Go into SageTV
2)Go to Sage TV Recordings
3)Open any recording
4)Display would slightly zoom in cutting off a bit of all sides when playing the recording and blacks were perfect = Overlay w/Overscan correct??
5)When I hit Stop the display resolution would revert to the 800x600 desktop settings again

Now when I play an MPEG-2 recording it no longer zooms/overscans and the blacks are terrible! I've checked all the Sage Overlay/VMR9 settings and they're all set to Overlay with the Nvidia Decoders set as the default decoders. FSE mode is off of course, 3D Acceleration is enabled and Overlay Color Key is enabled too - just like they were in the working install. I've been through various WHQL/Beta Nvidia drivers(I'm trying 84.21 next),various registry changes, various driver tweaks and Googled all over the place trying to find a fix for this cursed issue.

I know I had to fix this problem in the past and never wrote down the fix through a lot of trial and error Hope someone else has encountered this frustrating problem and can offer their advice

Well apparently the v84.21 drivers will fix all of your overlay problems... Everything is working the same as it was before.
