Losing HD playback after focus lost

About a month ago I did an overhaul of my HTPC including upgrading the Case, Mobo and Hard Drives (Processor & Video Card are the same). I also did a complete format of my boot drive and reinstall.

Everything is much improved, except for a new "bug" I haven't experienced before: everytime Sage loses focus, upon restore, it will no longer play my HD recordings. In addition, standard def recordings seem to use more CPU to play.

The HD files just bring up the spinning arrow logo but no video, BUT there is audio.

In order to fix this, I have to close Sage and restart it (I use the Service Mode so its not a huge deal).

It has happened on 6.1.4 and 6.1.6.

I have tried this with VMR with both FSE Enabled and disabled. I have also tried the disable_fse_on_focus_lost=false. None of this seemed to correct this issue.

I am rendering with Nvidia Purevideo and Ac3filter.

Anyone ever experience this before?

Any ideas on how to fix this?
