Placeshifter license question

Are placeshifter licenses OS-agnostic?

That is, if I have a placeshifter license and it's installed on a Windows box, and I decided to move the placeshifter software to a Linux or Mac, can I un-register the license on the Windows box and install it on the other machine?

I ask because the main SageTV license appears to be Linux or Windows specific, wasn't sure about the placeshifter licenses.

The placeshifter license is installed on the server (it's per-seat, not per install) so you just install it on the server and can use one "seat" at a time, from any OS the placeshifter runs on.

Yep... just wish the client licenses were handled the same way. Annoying not to be able to manage them from my server (and remember which license number goes with which client PC)
