Weird channel line problem with HDHomeRun + R5000

I know already there's an existing issue where you can't have the same exact line up with HDHomeRun and the R5000. That's why I set one line up with a different neighboring city/zip code than the other. However, there are channels that aren't showing up. How do I fix this?

Make sure you pick a system that has the same amount of capacity as your local one. It doesnt have to be nearby, the who sf bay area uses a common channel scheme.

Are you in vallejo? If so, thats a 750 mhz system. Try menlo park/palo alto which is also 750...

Hi Mike, I was hoping you would come here to help me. I am 100% sure the alternate lineup I used is channel for channel identical to where I'm at Vallejo (94591) and Pinole (94564). I've been fooling around with this all day. I have no idea what's going on.

This is for the R5000 right? Are all channels are enabled and you are sure the hdhomeruns or the onairs aren't also using that lineup?

Hey Mike, nevermind, I removed the lineups and the second time it worked.
