Have volume adjust Wave volume instead of master?

Is there a way to make the Sage volume control adjust WAVE volume instead of MASTER?

With SPDIF connections, the volume control only works when you adjust the Wave volume. The master volume is locked. If sage could be set to control the wave volume, that would be great. Any ideas?

I haven't tried it personally, but I heard that "Volume Tracker" will do the job for you.

Great for systems using Digital Audio Out, such as SP-DIF. With Digital Audio output, only the wave volume effects the output level, not the master volume. Yet multimedia keyboards and remote controls only adjust the master volume. This app tracks the wave volume to the master volume by monitoring changes to the mixer control. Works on 2000, XP and Windows Media Center.

Actually I'd rather not have Sage messing with the Wave volume or Master volume, which I have set the way I like them for other apps. What I'd really like is for the Sage volume control to adjust the AC3Filter gain.
