Sage not recognizing files properly

I have a HTPC with 3 Hauppauge PVR-250 cards and use a separate media server on which I record my TV shows. I have 4 different drives in the media server named TVOne, TVTwo, TVThree, TVFour. TVFour is a external drive connected via firewire while the others are internal drives. The shows on TVFour are showing as 0.00 megabytes in length and when I try to play them I get the following message: "Error (-2) Files selected for playback are no longer on disk"

When I look at and try to play the files from the media server directly they are of the correct size and play just fine. Any idea what's wrong? Has my Wiz.bin been corrupted? Is there a way to fix it. I tried using Wiz.backup but it didn't fix the problem.

Is that drive shared out properly? Does the user logged in as the SageTV user have the necessary permissions to get there? Can you browse there as that same user from the Sage HTPC and then play the files with WIndows Media Player?

To go along with what gplasky said about permissions: if you are using a network path to access that drive & you are using service mode, make sure the service is still configured to log in as a user w/a pwd who has permission to access that location. The setting for the service's user gets reset after installing an upgrade.

Thanks to everyone for their help. Somehow, the sharing got turned off for the TVFour drive. After finding this out and turning the sharing back on, I don't have the problem any more.
