Volume Level On Imported Media
The volume on imported media (DVD on hard drive) low compared to recorded TV and to the same media played through another player. Is there anything I can do?

DVDs (and HD recordings) use AC3 audio which are lower than your normal recordings. If you install AC3Filter, you can adjust the settings in AC3Filter to increase the gain on AC3'd files to get AC3 audio to closer meet normal MPEG audio.
