New Problem with sage (sage Freezing to a black screen)

I tried to install the EXETUNER plugin for sage but I did not like the way it worked with my STB so I closed sage and deleted it (I used S-Video and all of my guide channels were still there instead of just one no matter what I selected in source setup) So I uninstalled sage and reinstalled Ver 6 Thinking I got the free upgrade (But it says I have a pre Ver 5 Sage Key so back to sage 5.0.4 Unless theres a newer release of sage 5 some where)So I reinstall sage Ver 5.0.4 deleting the whole sage folder each time I reinstall sage I go through the whole setup process and everything seems to work fine I was always able to have sage on advanced video playback and all of that. So Now my problem is I can send sage to the tray but as soon as I click on it to reopen it the window opens like normal but it stays black. and when I put my mouse cursor there XP says "Program Not responding" it does the same thing no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall sage
