? on sage extender compared to MCE/HP ext

I switch to MCE awhile ago because of the extenders. I have use the HP extender for awhile now. The only complaint with it comes from my wife that the channels do not switch quick enough (she likes to channel surf). Well we just convert a extra bedroom into a game room for the kids and placed a new TV in their. I was considering getting another HP extender off eBay for the room. But with widows pushing vista and not much backward compatibility with MCE2005 I want to consider all options. I know going with the old HP extender is the cheepest route. But if spending more money means a better setup I'm open to that too.

So does anyone know how MCE HP extenders compare to the Sage extenders?
Speed of how quick the channels switch?
over all easy of the interface? (wife factor, she likes simple)


My overall system setup is:
PC:
XP MCE2005
intel extreme duo core 2.8Ghz (i believe)
300G hard drive
hauppauge 500MCE dual tuner
2G Ram

1 HP extender in front room wired
all future extenders will all so be wired. I only use wireless on my wifes laptop, everything else is wired.
