help with importing covers from dvd profiler

I am trying one last time to find a way to import cover art from dvd profiler in to sagetv using sageMC.

I can import all the text data fine, but no cover art. I can not load cover art using the IMDB import either. I just checked and I was able to add a movie cover by placing a jpg of the cover in the movie folder named "folder.jpg". Obviously, I am trying to avoid having to do that for the number of movies I have loaded to my harddrive. I did a full reinstall of SageMC6.3.6b to make sure I have all of it loaded.

I am using the following program versions:
SageTV V6.3.5
Java 6 update 3
SageMC STV 6.3.6b full install
DVD Profiler 3.1

My DVD Profiler database is on one of my server's harddrives with the path M:\DVD Profiler. I also exported the collection.xml file to that same folder. So paths specified in SageMC are:

Meta Data XML: M:\DVD Profiler (and chose collection.xml)
DVD Profiler Path: M:\DVD Profiler\Databases\Default

I get the dvd title, year, runtime, rating, description,etc. But it is not loading the thumbnail images. I can not get the cover art to show through importing using either the server machine directly, nor by using an mvp, placeshifter or client. Is there some obvious setting somewhere I have not enabled or something else I can try? Please help
