License emails for purchases from Feb 20 -> March 4, 2008
SageTV has discovered and fixed an email problem that affected some emails sent for SageTV Store purchases made between February 20 and March 4, 2008.
If you made a purchase during that time and did not receive an email containing the license for your purchase, please send an email to SageTV at orders@sagetv.com. Some other types of email replies from SageTV may have been affected too. The problem has been fixed, so emails for current purchases are being sent as usual -- missing license emails are usually found in spam folders for purchases made outside the above-mentioned time frame. - Andy
