How do I search the program guide

I have found all kinds of way to search, recording, scheduled recording and so on but I can not find a way to search the guide for show I have not yet recorded for their future airings, how do I do this?

You can select one airing of a show from any screen where it is displayed, then choose Advanced Options (if you only see 1 column of options in the resulting dialog), then select Future Airings to get a list of additional airings of the show.

If you don't have an airing of a show to select, you can use the Search menu to search by various fields. You can even simply start typing the name of a show on the Main Menu open an instant search dialog & then jump to the Search menu to display the results.

If none of that covers it, what exactly are you trying to do?
