SageMC Documentation Project

Hi everyone,

I think it's fair to say that the one thing which is missing really badly from SageMC is - well, proper documentation. Now, documentation is currently pretty much non-existent, and I don't have the time or desire to start from scratch, so I had the following idea:

I created a new "skeleton" SageMC Wiki at http://tools.assembla.com/sageplugins/wiki/SageMC, and want to invite all 'advanced' SageMC users to actively contribute and assemble little pieces of documentation until maybe one day the SageMC docs are complete. There's no restriction on how much you have to add - it could be as little as a single menu screen or feature. Also it doesn't need to be complete - write up what you know, and missing parts can be filled in later by me, Mike, or others. Please have a look at the example 'MyTV' page that should be used as a template for other screens.

I mentioned 'advanced' users above just because it probably doesn't make much sense to start documenting features if you just started using SageMC, and you should really know what you are talking about. And of course you should know (or be able to learn) how to edit a Wiki in general. I also think it might be a good idea that if you want to participate you first drop us a short PM so that we can coordinate the work among all others. And if you have any general suggestions for this project (design, structure, etc) please let us know.

Ok, let's see how this will turn out.
