EPG data not correctly working after reinstall

After a hard disk crash, I reinstalled Win2K and SageTV on my fiancee's computer on a fresh hard drive. I used to be proficient at SageTV, but haven't really done much with it for a few years. I so was confident that when all aspects of the PVR correctly ran, I had installed it correctly. Today, I noticed that there is no data past June 5th, 5:00 PM. After that block, I have no EPG data except "No Data". Don't know how/why it is failing, but happy for advice.

Actions perfored, per FAQ and my memory:

1) Forced EPG update

2) Shut down server/client, removed 'server_update_id', restarted

3) Checked opened ports on router, as listed below

Out of curiousity, what is "discovery port" (not on the FAQ) and is the tv EPG port configurable (default=7760, per FAQ; configurable in .prop files?)?

I don't know if I have to reregister the software, instead of just copying the directory. I don't know if this SageTV server problem was short term, as I saw another post that said the EPG server was shortly down. (It still hasn't updated EPG data on this end, even though the poster said it worked fine now...)

Married on June 7th and honeymoon soon after. The fiancee is looking for me to come through ASAP, before we set sail for 2.5 weeks cruising through Europe.
