Question Compatible Dual DVD-S Tuner Card

Evening All,

As the title says, does anyone know of a crad that will work with SageTV? Unfortunately my Pinnacle 7010ix is not compatible (sees the DVD-T tuners but not the satellte ones).

I'm struggling to find a dual tuner card at the minute. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

I'm not sure but that card doesnt appear to be DVB-S2 compatiable which wouldn't make it future proof (HD channels).

Does your card work with DVBViewer? If so you could use the DVBViewer network encoder with sage and save yourself some money.

Thanks for the replies all.

I've had a look at the network encoder for DVBViewer and had a quick play around. It seems to work quite well infact, so will see if that holds out ok. Do you find it quite stable?

Cheers.

Yes very stable. The problems I have are slowish channel changing and some channels not playing back due to sage not liking the transport stream but these get fixed if you contact sage support
