HD PVR Color Calibration Question

My DirecTV HD tuners (connected along with HD PVRs) have a color cast that need to be adjusted. The problem is that if I adjust the color for the video card or TV, then it will also affect everything else (e.g. DVDs, imported video files, the UI, etc...).

So the question is, is there any way to set the color calibration for just what's recorded off the HD PVRs?

You can try the Capture Color Calibration in Source Setup, though I haven't tried it so I can't confirm if it's working with the HD PVR yet.

I thought I remembered reading that that was only used for analog input devices. Am I wrong or is that outdated information?

The HD PVR is an analog input device.

Well, yes, when you look at it that way. What I should have said was that I thought I read that it only applied to analog *tuners*. My DTV tuners are digital, and the HD PVR sends the encoded feed via USB, so I really didn't know where this setup falls insofar as the source specific color calibration settings.

Works exactly like a PVR-USB2, takes an analog signal in, digitizes it, compresses it, and sends the resulting data to the PC via USB.

As long as I can define the settings for them individually, than that's all I needed to make sure of. Thanks!
