client dvd playback issue
I've got a machine i'm setting up as a client to my main sage server. I would like to play DVDs from the local dvd drive, but i'm getting the familiar "-1 0x0 reinstall directx" error.
I've tested the directx and everything works. I can play local dvd's from WMP or nero showtime. I can even select the individual vob's from within sage and it plays just fine. I've tried all the different options for encoding in the detail setup. I guess i just don't know enough about specifying encoders to take it any further. Anyone have any suggestions? Should i bother contacting support?

In Detailed Setup -> DVD, make sure you've selected decoders that can play commercially encrypted DVDs.

As i posted, i've tried every combination of options in the detailed-dvd setup.
I also downloaded the WindowsXp decoder thing mentioned in the FAQ and set a preferred decoder. In that utility's list was a Sagetv decoder and a Nero decoder. I see no mention of a nero decoder in Sage however. How do i get a new/different decoder in sage? Does that decoder list come from windows?
