Dishnetwork playing on MVP

I had dishnetwork installed today and most everything is working fine.

I have the HD only package and am using Svideo out of the VIP211 to a hauppauge 500 card Svideo input. I even figured out the channel blasting with USB-UIRT. Everything plays fine through my HD-100's...But, when I tried my 1 MVP, I got an encoding error.... I tried non Dish Network channels and they play fine...Just the dishnetwork HD channels tell me no encoder available when trying to play via the MVP.

Any help, please...???

Are we talking about 'encoder' or 'decoder'?

The PVR-500 has two hardware-based 'encoders', and each can be set to either a tuner or an s-video jack. If you are still using the two PVR-500's tuners to pull in Analog channels then the 'encoder' is busy and the s-video jack associated with it won't work. I've heard of people successfully creating a SageTV Source for each Analog Tuner and S-Video input, I've always wondered how that really worked out. Each 'encoder' can only use the tuner OR the s-video.

Can you record something from your VIP211 and play it back on both the HD100 and MVP? Or is this an issue with LiveTV?
