HD-PVR Broken skipping during playback

Hi.

I am using Sage 6.4.5 with my HD-PVR.

Skipping forwards during playback of shorter recordings (<= 1 hour) works as expected. But it seems that the further I am into longer recordings, the less accurate this becomes. At the start of playback of a long program, things are still relatively ok, but after you are further into the program, usually after skipping the playback then resumes much further into the recording than the Sage progress bar would indicate - and this gets worse and worse as things continue. After things get out of sync, allowing playback to continue results in eventually reaching the end of the recording, where upon the picture will freeze, but the Sage progress bar shows the program as not yet complete, and will continue moving forward on and on at the normal rate for however long it thinks the program still has remaining, until finally reaching what it thinks is the end, and then returning you to the program listings. The actual and displayed playback can become up to a half hour to an hour out of sync on really long recordings (ie, the 5 hour Tour de France coverage). It seems that also in this state, skipping forward and then backwards doesn't return you to where you were... the backwards skip generally seems to take you back farther than when you skipped forward, making things all the more confusing.

Has anyone else seen these type of symptoms?

I could be mistaken but I believe I read a mention somewhere that there's a timeline issue with HD-PVR recordings. That would explain the flunky FF & REW.

I'm having the same problem. I'm running Sage Version 6.4.6.

ArcSoft is able to play the files fine. VideoLan crashes when you try and jump foward, but that may be more to do with the ts file type.
