Channels appearing that I do not receive

I'm using a channel source for getting the guide data for my QAM channels. Unfortunately, the cable provider has been adding channels and SageTV is making these active and thus available for favorites scheduling. Is there a way I can get SageTV to ignore these channels or set them as 'unavailable' unless I manually enable them?

In v6.4: Setup -> Detailed Setup -> Customize -> Automatically Enable Channels Newly Added to EPG Lineups.

I'm not seeing that as an option. I'm running the beta release.

I previously suggested to you that you do your configuration in the default STV. I'm guessing that's the issue again.

Make sure you're using the default SageTV3.xml and not SageMC.

That indeed was the issue. Not that it matters, but it appeared to me that when I went into the 'Detailed Setup' under SageMC that the STV was changing to the default STV. I guess that it is only the background that reverts to the default STV and not the settings. My apologies for wasting your time and thank you for the help once again.

It is a previous version of the default STV. That is one of the drawbacks of SageMC-it needs to be updated after every new version and it is slightly behind.
